How does it work?

For as little as $10 you can enjoy the thrill of receiving a surprise gift in the mail. The process is easy and fun – set the quantity, price, and preferences (optional) and we send you your surprise(s).

How long does it take?

Generally, we ship your surprise(s) out within 2-4 days. If you need expedited shipping just let us know. We offer shipping as fast as 2-days on all orders for free.

How do I give you a nudge in the right direction?

During checkout you will see a section called “Set your preferences”. Here you can choose between art, camping, technology, home, humor, fitness, office, travel, toys, for her, for him, and kids. You can also share more information with us in the “Order Notes” section.

We want you to have a great experience so please give us as much or as little direction as you want.

Can I order a surprise from space?

No, currently we only ship to the United States (for free) and Canada ($3 extra per item).

Are you going to send me junk?

Of course not, we pride ourselves in finding the most awesome, fun, useful, and enjoyable surprises your money can buy. You can also (optionally) give us a nudge in the right direction by choosing a few preferences during checkout.

How do I send the surprise as a gift to someone?

Simply enter their address as the shipping address when checking out and we will send the order to that address.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping. Your surprise(s) will arrive in a box from one of our online retail affiliates.

Do you offer personalization for my Surprise?

You betcha, (insert name here)! During checkout, put the name or message you would like to include in the Order Notes section.

What is the refund policy?
